Im trying to upload an MP4 video to icloud photo from my PC. It wont work and getting the message"only files in JPEG format can be uploaded". On apples support site it says that MP4 files are accepted among others.

There does not seem to be a way to sort the albums by the name of the album on the iCloud site. You can sort albums in the photo app on a Mac. However that sort does not carry over to ICloud.
